Burger Bar CrescentTerms
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover what you buy or ask for on this website: gift cards, catering requests and table bookings.
Who we are
Burger Bar Crescent, 1465 Crescent St, Montreal, QC H3G 2B2. Phone 514 903 5575. Email info@burgerbarcrescent.com.
Gift cards bought online
- You pay in Canadian dollars, from $25 to $500, in steps of $25. Each $25 is one physical gift card.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.
- Your gift card code is on the thank you page and on the receipt Stripe emails you.
- Show the code to the host when you arrive, before you order. We hand you your physical gift cards, and you use them to pay for food and drinks at Burger Bar Crescent.
- Gift cards have no expiry date and no fees.
- Keep your code safe, like cash. Anyone who shows it can collect the cards, and a code works only once.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice or the wrong amount, write to us and we will fix it.
Catering
Sending the catering form is a request, not a confirmed order. The total on the website is an estimate before taxes. We confirm the menu, the date and the final price with you by email or phone before anything is prepared.
Menu and prices
Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes. Dishes and drinks can change with the seasons.
Allergies
Tell your server about any allergy before you order, or write it on your catering request. Our kitchen handles many common allergens, so we cannot promise that a dish is free of them.
Alcohol
We serve alcohol to guests 18 and older. Please bring photo ID.
Table bookings
Bookings are made with OpenTable, under OpenTable's terms.
